Old Business:

Membership List/New Members -- Bart

- New members voted in - Ralph & Alberta Weinheimer and Dan & Denise Yurko

Trip to Badin Lake -- Bart/Mark

- Trip to Badin Lake went great.  Everyone had a wonderful time, and Generations made Chuck Richards an honorary member.

- Everyone also got to have the personal experience of actually touching and sitting in one of the new ZR 1’s (serial no. 5).

- Mark announced there is a Spring 2009 golf outing in the works up at Badin Lake.  Sign up sheet was passed out for trip; more information will follow.

Air Show -- Greg

- Seymour-Johnson AFB accepted our offer for a display of Corvettes for their 2-day air show on April 25^th and 26th (not 18th & 19th).  Greg is working to ensure members will have the option of participating either or both days.  More information will follow as soon as it is available. We are hoping to get 25 cars to sign up!!!

Northside Homecoming Parade -- Chris

- The event went well (despite the rain), and the school very much appreciated Generations supporting their students.

Car Care Day -- Mark

- Car Care Day is on November 15^th at Gary Katzman’s garage  (MBV European).

Christmas Party -- Melissa

- Christmas party is going to be at the Wingate Inn-Concord on December 20^th.  More information to follow on the calendar flyer.

- Surveys handed out to club members for suggestions on new ideas for next year’s event calendar.

*** Need volunteers for social committee to help plan outings and dinners etc. ****

- Generations 1-year Anniversary in February!!!!   Needing volunteers to help plan our celebration!!!

Club Logo -- Chris

- Graphics file has been fixed and was sent to get our banner made.

Finance/Badges---Debbie for Ronnie

- $787 in the bank with no debts outstanding.

- Orders for badges taken, and new badges given out.

New Business:

Hendricks Car Show -- Mark

  - This is a charity benefit car show open to all years and styles cars.  It is being held on November 22^nd.   Please contact Mike Kulsar for more information.  Information flyer on website.  Confirmed that this is not a club-sponsored event, but of course members are welcome to participate at their discretion.

November Meeting -- Chris

  - November meeting is going to be held on November 22nd at the CPR Race Shop.   Details to follow.

Marrow Mountain Drive -- Ronnie/Chris

  - Drive to Marrow Mountain set for November 1^st (weather permitting). Took vote on a picnic lunch or going out for lunch after the drive.  Members voted to have lunch out; location to be determined later.
